New Westminster Strata Interior Painting

Professional interior painting project in New Westminster, BC. Our experienced team transformed this residential property with a complete interior refresh using premium low-VOC paint designed for a healthy living environment.

The project included thorough surface preparation with Extreme-Block oil based primer to properly seal the raw MDF Panels all over the old drywall,Caulking, wood filler to fill all the nail holes, light sanding, cleaning of all surfaces, and priming of all bare areas. We used Sherwin-Williams interior paint, known for its exceptional durability and low odor in Vancouver's humid climate.

Our team carefully protected all common areas and fixtures before starting work. The entire Strata Building was painted using brush, roll and using Graco Airless sprayer for superior adhesion and finish quality. Special attention was paid to trim work, ensuring crisp, clean lines throughout.

Completed over 3 weeks with minimal disruption to the homeowners, this New Westminster property now features a fresh, modern look with enhanced curb appeal and weather protection that will last for years. The neutral color palette complements the natural surroundings while the high-quality paint ensures long-lasting beauty.
