Ceiling Popcorn Removal & Smooth Finish in New Westminster

Professional popcorn ceiling removal project in New Westminster, BC. Our skilled team modernized this residential property by removing dated textured ceilings from the living room and kitchen, replacing them with smooth, contemporary finishes.

This project involved careful removal of 650 square feet of popcorn ceiling texture, including asbestos testing to ensure safe removal procedures. Our team used dust containment systems to keep the rest of the home clean during the removal process.

After complete texture removal, we repaired and patched the drywall, applied skim coats to achieve a perfectly smooth surface, and finished with primer and two coats of premium ceiling paint. The result is a modern, bright, and clean look that increases both the aesthetic appeal and property value.

The transformation was completed in just 3 days with zero mess left behind. The homeowners were thrilled with how the smooth ceilings brightened their living spaces and gave their home a contemporary feel. Located in downtown New Westminster, this project showcases our expertise in ceiling renovations throughout the Lower Mainland.
