Gordon Food Service - Annacis Island Exterior Painting

Lionclass Painting completed a commercial exterior painting project for Gordon Food Service on Annacis Island, Delta, BC. The project involved preparing and coating large exterior stucco, concrete/cement walls, and metal surfaces to improve the building’s appearance, durability, and long-term protection. Due to the height and configuration of the commercial facility, boom lift access was used to safely reach elevated exterior areas and maintain consistent workmanship across the building envelope. Proper surface preparation, cleaning, masking, caulking, priming where required, and professional application techniques were used to achieve a uniform and durable finish. The project demonstrates Lionclass Painting’s experience with large-scale commercial and industrial exterior painting throughout Delta, Surrey, Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland.
