Project Overview
Large-scale commercial painting project at Tsawwassen Mills shopping center. LionClass Painting completed this extensive commercial Painting with minimal disruption to retail operations and customer traffic.
This project involved painting multiple retail spaces, warehouse areas, and common areas including the main lobby. Our team worked efficiently during off-hours and coordinated closely with management to ensure stores remained operational throughout the painting process.
We used commercial-grade paints designed for high-traffic areas, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Our crew completed surface preparation, priming, and multiple coats of paint across thousands of square feet while maintaining strict safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
The project required specialized equipment including scissor lifts and scaffolding to reach high ceilings and difficult-to-access areas. Our team's professionalism and efficiency allowed Tsawwassen Mills to maintain normal business hours while achieving a complete visual transformation of the property.
